BuxKingdom.com Terms Of Service

1. By signing up, actively using BuxKingdom.com or by merely visiting the site, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this website, then you are not allowed to visit or use this website.
2. BuxKingdom.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with BuxKingdom.com or will be posted in the news section or forums.
3. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the BuxKingdom.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
4. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as and when available" basis to all users and we do not make any representation or warranty or condition, either express or implied, to you: "that access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free" or "that the Website or the computer server from which the Website is made available, are free of viruses or other harmful components (though we pass all content through an up-to-date virus prevention software system - we strongly advise you to keep all systems and data backed up at all times and to maintain your own up-to-date virus prevention software" or "as to the accuracy, content, timeliness, completeness, legality, reliability, quality or suitability of any information, advice, content, service, search results, products or merchandise provided through the Website". 5. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way (such as but not limited to using bots, auto-clickers, having more than 1 account, etc.), your account including your earnings will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame". 6. You may NOT refer other people in your household. Only ONE account per household. Again, do not attempt to create more than one account per household or your account(s) will be terminated. If you have forgotten your user information, you can use the “forgot password” form to request it.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
1. You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
2. You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing BuxKingdom.com account.
3. You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link.
4. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your BuxKingdom.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
5. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by BuxKingdom.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
6. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with BuxKingdom.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from BuxKingdom.com limited to no more than (10) per day.
7. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from BuxKingdom.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
8. You must have a valid e-mail address and valid AlertPay or Paypal address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validating at least your e-mail address first. A verification e-mail is sent to you upon registration.
9. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer as we are not a pyramiding scam nor a multi-level marketing company.
10. By joining Bux Kingdom, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not and cannot do this for you.
11. You agree to receive e-mails from your sponsor through use of the messaging program within the members’ area. This same rule applies to your referrals, who cannot accuse you of spam or unsolicited mail. You also agree to receive e-mails from Bux Kingdom whenever announcements are necessary.
12. All users from India should be upgraded first before payment can be processed. This is due to the large number of hack attempts, bots and multiple accounts coming from these 2 countries. We are really very sorry about this.
13. Users from China are not allowed to join the website. 14. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Issues with Alertpay and Paypal such as refunds and other inconveniences may result to the suspension or termination of your account.
15. Members will only be credited their downline earnings if they are at least 100% as active as their downline member. Also, a member should have logged in within the past 5 days to be credited downline earnings.
16. By being a member of BuxKingdom, you willingly agree and allow BuxKingdom or your upline to contact you regarding updates in BuxKingdom or some personal messages. Note that you can disable being contacted by your upline, BUT you cannot disable being contacted by the admin. You have to CANCEL your account to stop buxkingdom admin from contacting you via email.

Relationship of the Parties:
1. You and BuxKingdom.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and BuxKingdom.com. 2. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of BuxKingdom.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
3. You are not an employee of Bux Kingdom and you are not an independent contractor for Bux Kingdom. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Bux Kingdom has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

Limitation of Liability:
1. BuxKingdom.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or BuxKingdom.com program, even if BuxKingdom.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, BuxKingdom.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
2. We are under no obligation or liability to pay you if you have not reached the minimum payout requirement or if you have not yet manually requested for payment.
3. We are not responsible for any products and services of advertisers and we cannot get involved in any disputes between you and advertisers on the Website. Also, links to websites external to the Website are beyond our control and therefore any issue relating to such websites are between you and the relevant website owners.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by BuxKingdom.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the BuxKingdom.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by BuxKingdom.com.

BuxKingdom.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by BuxKingdom.com. All payments are made via AlertPay and Paypal (no other payment method is being used at this time). You must manually request for payment to be processed and audited and it will be issued within 15 to 25 business days for Premium Users and 25 days to 35 days for Standard Users. You must accumulate the minimum payout requirement before payment will be issued.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with BuxKingdom.com and may result in legal prosecution. BuxKingdom.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. BuxKingdom.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. BuxKingdom.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
